A simple process with lasting emotional value.
It starts by choosing a time for your home to be captured digitally. Our online booking tool makes it easy to select a suitable time. Once your booking is confirmed, we know exactly when we may come and scan your home.
We may contact you later to adjust the time, depending on that day's schedule.
On the agreed day and time, we visit to map your home digitally. With professional 3D scanning technology, we capture the rooms as they are at that moment, not as separate photographs, but as a complete 360° digital view.
We also capture the surroundings: part of your street, the complete front garden and, where applicable, the back garden. An additional fee applies to plots larger than 7 ares.
After the scan, we turn everything into a virtual tour of your home. This digital tour is linked to your personal Memory Lane customer area, where only you can access your home. It therefore stays private and easy to reach whenever you wish.
Once your home is on Memory Lane, you can view it again whenever you wish, on your computer, tablet or smartphone, and even in virtual reality for a more immersive, realistic experience.
