After that first year, you decide whether to keep your home active online on Memory Lane through a monthly subscription. This keeps the system flexible, clear and aligned with what matters most to you.

Price valid for a maximum total floor area of 300 m² and a plot area of 7 ares. For larger homes or plots, you can always request a quote.

After the first year, you decide whether to keep your home active on Memory Lane through a monthly subscription.
Reactivation is handled manually by one of our colleagues and can take up to 4 hours.
You decide whether to keep your home online on Memory Lane. The subscription can be cancelled at any time.
You do not have to choose between being online and being gone completely; there is an in-between option.
When you decide to stop your subscription, your home is no longer kept active online but archived. It is no longer available in your customer area, but it is not lost completely. It is kept inactive so it can be reactivated later.
For many people, this offers extra peace of mind. They know the home still exists on their Memory Lane, even if they are not keeping it active online at that moment.
With a one-off reactivation fee, the tour is manually put online again. This can take up to 4 hours.
